Hi all,

Is there anyone that would be kind enough to send me a copy of IP PRIOR to v3.0? I am a registered user (purchased ODNT) but when I purchased ODNT, IconPackager was already using v3.0. I have had issues with IP from the very beginning. I have read most of threads & saw that some members prefer IP prior to v3.0. I would like to give that a try.
Would anyone help me?

My e-mail is: lp.stardock@lpvirtualsolutions.com

Thanks all.

I have xp sp2, and all the latest updates for DesktopX, ip etc.

Here's my problem: twice when I have used ip-builder and saved & loaded the new .ip package, not only were most of the system icons out of sync, but recently one particular icon will cover (hide) the actual loaded icons on the desktop. Now that is weird. The particular icon is not necessarily particular; it's just a random icon the system grabs to cover up the other icons. I can see the icons that are suppose to be there, because they are peaking out from the sides, of the icon that is covering them up.

Yes, I have refreshed the screen, rebooted etc. etc. No, it is not a virus. I am loaded to the brim with virus protection (run scans regularly), firewalls etc. etc.

If anyone can shed the light on this one, it would be great. I am wondering though if the "builder.icl" that is part of ip’s package builder is out of date. What I mean by that is that I have had so many updates with MS & have been running SP2, that maybe in those updates, the settings might have changed and the builder.icl is not compatible anymore? If that is possible.

I have Wincustomize Browser & Object Desktop (retail). I use to be able to change my "download" folder from within: Stardock Central / Tools / Settings -- to another drive (I have multiple hard drives on one system). Now it will not accept my choice so I have to leave it at the "default" C:\Program Files\Stardock...etc. etc.

I have updated each Object Desktop component to date. Is it possible the latest Stardock Central or Desktop X version could be causing this problem?
Can anyone explain what might have changed?
Thank you.

When I open a generic icon & adjust the color I will save it as a new icon with a new name. I answer "yes" to apply changes now, but it does not save the new icon with the color change.
Does anyone have an answer why it does not save the changes?

I am looking for a solution for displaying Martin Conroy's DigiClock.exe. The clock loads on the desktop, but the numbers are not visible. Is there a fix?
Thank you.
